Dr. Henderson is not a member of any insurance networks. However, most non-HMO plans provide reimbursement for "out-of-network" chiropractic services, often after an out-of-network deductible is met. The office will assist in finding out what coverage is available, but cannot guarantee that there will be insurance reimbursement.
Payment is due at time of service. All forms of paper (cash/checks) and plastic (credit/debit cards) except American Express are acceptable forms of payment. The office can electronically submit claim forms to almost all insurance companies. Claims will be submitted with the hope that the patient will receive the reimbursement.
A $60 charge will apply to all follow-up appointments that are either missed or canceled on the day of service. Please call the office before close of business on the day before a scheduled appointment to avoid this charge.
Effective January, 2011, we will no longer be submitting forms to Cigna Insurance due to new stipulations required by Cigna. Patients with Cigna insurance will be given a super-bill/receipt that they can submit on their own for possible reimbursement. We apologize for this change, however there is no office staff available to take on the new documentation requirements.
